Responsibilities:

  • Manage Your Pipeline: Deploy high-level customer service, track patient progress, analyze data insights, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Engage Your Customers: Leverage product knowledge, tailor communications, and proactively address patient concerns.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Work with reimbursement, field sales, and pharmacy representatives to ensure patient leads progress.
  • Contribute to Improvements: Seek process improvements, provide feedback, and drive internal initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree and 1+ years of sales experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of managed care, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitors is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly base salary range of $24.26 - $36.39.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.
  • Remote flexibility with no required onsite days.
