New Staff Revenue Operations Manager - EMEA

Responsibilities:

• Support annual and in-year territory design across EMEA, META and APJ, and capacity/coverage modeling.
• Run the forecast cadence, operating reporting rhythm, and pipeline analytics for the regions.
• Act as the revenue operations partner to regional sales leaders and maintain data integrity in Salesforce.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Sales, Revenue or GTM Operations experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Expert-level Salesforce skills and experience with multi-country territory design.
• Clear communication and analytical ability to support senior revenue leaders.
