About the Role:
- Oversee referral and authorization processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with performance standards.
- Coordinate workloads and serve as a key resource for associates, resolving complex operational issues.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Coach and train team members to strengthen performance and professional capabilities.
- Manage team priorities and adjust to changing volumes or staffing challenges.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of referral and authorization management experience, including TRICARE experience.
- At least 3 years of supervisory, management, or team lead experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain interim government security clearance.
Benefits:
- Competitive annual base salary of $71,100–$97,800 with bonus eligibility.
