Job Description:

Partner with designated clients to understand their business goals and apply Intelerad solutions to drive adoption and measurable success.
Deliver exceptional service by building strong relationships and demonstrating return on investment throughout the client lifecycle.
Monitor client health and proactively coordinate mitigation efforts to ensure retention and growth.

Qualifications:

Requires 5+ years of client success or account management experience, or 2+ years in healthcare IT.
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, IT, or equivalent experience; ability to communicate with C-level executives.
Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Additional Information:

Base pay ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 within any US geographic market, with potential bonuses and benefits.
