Adoption:
- Own adoption across the full OpenCounter customer lifecycle so agencies launch well and renew.
- Launch new agencies with training, placement, and early follow-up.
- Re-engage recently launched agencies to deepen usage and prepare for renewal.
Product Review:
- Review new features from an agency staff and resident perspective before release.
- Flag confusing elements and confirm new capability is explainable.
- Provide direct feedback to engineering in the team's tracker.
Customer Feedback:
- Carry field observation into the roadmap, including where users abandon workflows.
- Partner with Product Marketing on adoption and enablement material.
- Log adoption and risk signals per account to build an early-warning record.
Compensation:
- Annual base salary of $120,000-$135,000 plus bonus eligibility.
- Remote based in the US with 10-20% travel.
