Strategic Leadership & Planning:

• Develop and execute partner operations strategies aligned with company GTM priorities.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape business direction.
• Oversee forecasting, planning, and resource alignment with strategic goals.

Partner GTM Initiatives & Operations Management:

• Lead end-to-end partner operational initiatives, focusing on process improvement.
• Build and maintain operational playbooks and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure partner compliance with agreements, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Measurement:

• Leverage data analytics and partner-specific KPIs to monitor performance.
• Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools.
• Evaluate ROI for partner investments and initiatives.
