Why We Need You:
- Every lab order that moves through Junction becomes physical.
- Lab Operations ensures reliability and fixes issues when they arise.
- As order volume grows, we need a leader to manage the day-to-day operation and coach the team.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Manage, coach, and develop a distributed Lab Operations team.
- Own the team's day-to-day operation across lab result review, order investigations, and proactive issue resolution.
- Improve SOPs, quality standards, and team workflows.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years hiring and managing operations teams through growth.
- Experience leading teams that solve exception-heavy operational problems.
- Healthcare or operational experience in diagnostics, logistics, or similar.
