Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview:

• This is the front line of our engine, calling leads to qualify and book onsite meetings.
• Speed is everything; you work leads faster than anyone, call after call.
• You'll live on the phone and keep the CRM spotless.

Expectations:

• 60–70 hour weeks during this growth phase at a hacker house in Las Vegas.
• Real ownership of leads and booking targets within the first 2 weeks.
• Weekend coverage on a rotation to handle incoming leads.

Compensation and Growth:

• $70,000–$120,000 base + on-target earnings with equity.
• Clear path to BDR, senior sales, and ops roles.
• This is a launchpad to learn fundamentals under top talent.
