How you'll make an impact:
- Coach, train, and develop a team of Account Executives to exceed quotas.
- Run weekly 1:1s to overcome roadblocks and chart career growth.
- Drive a solution selling and value selling culture.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing AEs in B2B SaaS, 5+ years quota-carrying sales.
- Outbound pipeline generation and forecast accuracy required.
- Must be located in US Pacific, Mountain, or Central timezone.
