About the Role:
- You'll build and lead a new team of 8 Account Executives in our Mid-Market organization.
- This is a frontline leadership role translating go-to-market strategy into consistent execution.
What You'll Own:
- Coach reps to exceed quota, run focused 1:1s, and build a culture of ownership.
- Drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy through weekly reviews and CRM discipline.
What We're Looking For:
- 7–10 years in sales with 3–5+ years managing quota-carrying reps in SaaS or MarTech.
- Strong pipeline inspection and forecasting instincts; experience with MEDDICC.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $280,000 OTE (base + variable) plus 100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health.
