What You'll Do:
- Protect members' privacy by finding and removing personal information across online sources.
- Investigate and troubleshoot adversarial problem sites, applying critical thinking and creative strategies.
- Maintain detailed case documentation in Jira and internal systems, ensuring progress is transparent.
Qualifications:
- Located on the West Coast with 2-3 years experience in operations, Trust & Safety, or customer support.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with G Suite tools and Jira or similar ticketing systems.
