Provider Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

• This role supports our mission by guiding Providers through compliance requirements for states and school districts.
• You'll work closely with Service Operations and report to the Manager of Compliance and Onboarding.
• The position offers hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and fosters supportive relationships with clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Providers through various school district level compliance processes.
• Research compliance requirements and create resources to aid Providers.
• Oversee control systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, ideally in technology or education.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience using Salesforce or another CRM.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a service-minded approach.
