Technical Customer Care Specialist I (Dealertrack DMS AH)

Responsibilities:

• Handle routine customer questions and provide technical support for Dealertrack products.
• Troubleshoot system performance and document findings in CRM.
• Manage multiple open cases while meeting service-level expectations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; less than 2 years experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including Saturdays.
