Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR support tickets via SolarWinds, ensuring timely resolution and accurate Workday updates.
  • Review and approve business process workflows in Workday according to established guidelines.

Onboarding & Reporting:

  • Execute new hire onboarding for both onshore and offshore employees through the Lever-to-Workday integration.
  • Maintain and provide a weekly report for the Finance team tracking new hires and employee data.

Data Maintenance & Support:

  • Run regular audits and reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies in Workday.
  • Partner with IT to troubleshoot data integration issues and clean legacy employee records.
  • Handle ad hoc Workday update requests and support various system-related projects.
