Onboarding
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage HR support tickets via SolarWinds, ensuring timely resolution and accurate Workday updates.
- Review and approve business process workflows in Workday according to established guidelines.
Onboarding & Reporting:
- Execute new hire onboarding for both onshore and offshore employees through the Lever-to-Workday integration.
- Maintain and provide a weekly report for the Finance team tracking new hires and employee data.
Data Maintenance & Support:
- Run regular audits and reports to identify and resolve data inconsistencies in Workday.
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot data integration issues and clean legacy employee records.
- Handle ad hoc Workday update requests and support various system-related projects.
