- Own the client relationship and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring maximum value from the WorkWave platform.
- Drive proactive growth by anticipating client needs and aligning solutions with business goals.
- Master the product and advocate for clients by feeding insights back to Product and Engineering teams.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, CS, Professional Services, or Account Management.
- SaaS fluency with understanding of metrics like ARR, GRR, NRR, and Churn.
- Bachelor's degree required.
