Role Overview:

  • Location: Remote (Mexico)
  • Schedule: Flexible Shift (2a-7p PST); Monday through Friday
  • Pay Rate: 17,000 MXN

Your Mission:

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Log interactions in the ticketing system and provide first-level support.
  • Resolve issues when possible and escalate when necessary.
