About the Role:
- Maintain strong relationships with key points of contact at existing licensed partners.
- Engage and sell key product and capability expansions.
- Strengthen partner relationships to retain and grow recurring revenue.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a client advocate and enhance client training.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate client needs to internal stakeholders.
- Drive prioritization of client requests and execute them.
What We Look For:
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role in financial services/lending.
- Demonstrated success at partnering and prioritizing needs cross-functionally.
- Strong relationship management experience, lending experience preferred.
