Key Responsibilities:
- Own a Core Operations Area: Take full ownership of a defined part of the supply chain, including projects, headcount planning, and process improvements.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Manage a team of 3–7 Operations Associates, providing coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Drive Operational Performance: Establish and monitor metrics to ensure productivity, quality, and responsiveness.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial Experience: Founding or independently running a revenue-generating business with end-to-end ownership.
- People Management: Experience directly managing at least 3–5 employees, including hiring and performance management.
- Operational Building: Proven ability to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
