Director of Operations & Service Growth

Role Overview:

• High-impact leadership role combining business building, commercial growth, and hands-on operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide COO-level leadership across multi-location operations, working through Area and Location Managers.
• Own service quality, speed, customer experience, and business outcomes across the network.
• Implement AI, analytics, automation, and workflow tools to improve decision-making and reduce manual work.

Requirements:

• Significant senior-level experience in operations, commercial leadership, or business development.
• Strong multi-location experience in restaurant, delivery, logistics, hospitality, or service-based operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and drive commercial growth.
