Partner with a team of operations managers and associates to coordinate with other bswift resources to meet client deliverables.
Train clients on new and existing system features and services.

Qualifications:

8+ years of direct client and/or associate/analyst experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to listen, clarify, and respond well to questions.
Project management skills and the ability to interact with all levels of a client’s organization.
