ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Driving the effectiveness, scalability, and overall experience of the global Professional Services organization.
- Owning the end-to-end Technical Account Manager (TAM) experience.
- Aligning Professional Services with Renewals, Customer Success, Support, and Sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Owning and evolving the global Professional Services operating model.
- Defining and tracking KPIs and leading indicators to measure health, productivity, and predictability.
- Driving cross-functional alignment with Renewals, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Finance, and Systems teams.

- Strong cross-functional influence and ability to drive outcomes without direct authority
- Deep understanding of post-sales, renewals workflows, data, and systems
- Proven ability to drive complex initiatives from ideation to execution
