VP of Client Success

The Role:

• Lead executive for Employer and Health Plan customer segments, including Implementation.
• Grow revenue from existing book of business and drive account expansions and renewals.

• 15+ years in commercial leadership in healthcare with large employers and health plans.
• Proven experience scaling Client Success organizations and managing people leaders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Compensation:

• Annual salary range of $275,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience.
