What you'll do:
- Manage a book of approximately 100 accounts, focusing on DMOs across East Coast or Mountain territories.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as primary contact, monitor customer health, and coordinate with support to ensure success.
Ideally you'll have:
- 3+ years of account management or account executive experience with proven retention and growth.
- Highly organized, strong communication, and ability to manage a large book of business.
- Experience in travel/tourism industry is an asset.
