About the Role:
- Nooks is seeking its first dedicated Sales Leader to own and scale the Sequencing product upsell motion within the existing customer base.
- This is a front-line leadership role with a team of 3 AEs, growing to 8 by end of year, reporting directly to the VP of Sales.
What You Will Own:
- Team leadership: hire, coach, and develop upsell AEs from 2 to 8 reps.
- Playbook execution: refine the upsell sales motion and build process to track leading and lagging indicators.
- Cross-functional partnerships with CS and Product to align on account handoffs and roadmap.
What We Are Looking For:
- 10+ years B2B SaaS sales experience with 5+ years managing AEs or post-sales teams.
- Proven success in upsell/expansion motions and a strong coaching instinct.
- Data-driven, builder mindset, and familiarity with AI-powered sales tooling.
Compensation & Location:
- Competitive base plus variable tied to team ARR performance, meaningful equity.
