Operational Execution:
- Own configuration, file feeds, billing, integrations, and reporting for assigned partner portfolio.
- Lead implementations and ongoing work, coordinating internally to keep commitments on track.
- Run partner-level escalations to resolution, engaging Partner Sales, Product, or Client Operations as needed.
Partner Management:
- Serve as the day-to-day operational point of contact for partner and partner-customer stakeholders.
- Own account/partner business review prep and delivery for your portfolio.
- Partner closely with internal teams to keep partnerships running smoothly and flag risk early.
Qualifications:
- Experience owning complex operational workflows for external partners or clients: billing, integrations, data feeds, or similar systems-level work.
- Comfort operating across ambiguity with multiple stakeholders, without needing a defined playbook.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking foundation with high initiative and sound judgment.
