Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies for assigned key retail accounts to maximize revenue growth and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior-level retail partners through regular communication, strategic planning, and exceptional service delivery
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for account expansion and new business development
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail account management, key account management, or similar sales leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale retail accounts and driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
