You Will:
- Facilitate group discussions that build consensus and a shared vision that includes a plan with supporting documentation
- Create, perform, and complete organizational analyses using effectiveness analytics and diagnostic tools
- Facilitate change management strategies that engage stakeholders
You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business Administration, Psychology, Health and Human Services, etc.)
- Master’s Degree, preferably in Organization Development, Business/Public Administration, or Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years’ experience preparing, facilitating, and implementing a development approach to prepare an organization for process changes and system implementations
