Technical Recruiter, Production (Contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Move fast with a system: source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates without dropping the ball.
• Speak production fluently: understand takt times, cycle times, throughput, and yield to pitch opportunities credibly.
• Connect headcount to outcomes: translate missing roles into costs in throughput and revenue.

Requirements:

• 4+ years sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
• 3+ years client-facing experience with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Deep network in manufacturing engineering, production, and/or supply chain.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at an agency or fast-paced startup supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or production.
• Hands-on experience working in production and/or supply chain.
• Experience hiring candidates with US security clearances and working with government contractors.
