Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer relationships to increase adoption and growth of Experian's products and services, including Credit Services and Decision Analytics.
  • Support clients' strategic plans as a business liaison between the client and internal departments like Project Management and Client Success Teams.
  • Educate clients on latest products through sales consultation and partner with subject matter experts for data-driven recommendations.

Sales and Planning:

  • Meet annual sales revenue targets through renewals and organic growth via cross-sell and up-sell activities.
  • Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, track revenue, and forecast to support team planning and financial reporting.
  • Define strategic account plans to align with client goals and research client organizations to drive executive alignment.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including Consulting and Client Support Teams, to scope, price, contract, execute, and support projects.
  • Work with Product Management and Marketing to maintain Voice of Customer feedback and product education across the portfolio.
  • Develop relationships through communication with external partners and create compelling presentations on market trends and case studies.
