Provisioning Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain end user accounts and mailboxes in Active Directory and Office 365.
• Deprovision account access and software licenses, maintain inventory of licenses.
• Conduct monthly user audits and assist with IT onboarding for remote employees.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on access control experience with Active Directory and custom applications.
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; ITIL v3/v4 foundation certification preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Windows OS, MAC OS, Microsoft O365, ITSM solutions, PowerShell, and Microsoft Access.
