Purpose of Role:
- Identify and recruit top Manufacturing, Operations and Engineering Talent.
- Execute end to end recruitment to ensure high-quality hires and exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize proactive recruitment methods including online resources, social media, ATS, and community partnerships.
- Meet with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and function.
- Build talent pools and follow global processes for documentation.
Qualifications:
- Full cycle recruitment experience in manufacturing and engineering.
- Expert knowledge of external sourcing tools like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills required.
