About the Role:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and owner for strategic accounts across the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales and CS leadership to drive adoption, resilience, and renewal outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute Customer Success Plans, health assessments, and recovery readiness reviews.
- Monitor adoption trends and collaborate with account teams to identify expansion opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles in data protection and recovery.
- Deep expertise in backup, virtualization, cloud, cybersecurity, and automation.
- Strong executive communication and consultative problem-solving skills.
