Customer Service Representative – Parent Liaison

About the Role:

• Full-time customer service representative supporting families, providers, and insurance companies over the phone.
• Work remotely with a 6:30am-3:00pm AZ time shift.
• Handle variable call-volume averaging 40 to 70 calls a day.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to families over the phone.
• Enter patient registration information and schedule initial appointments accurately.
• Review cost share amounts, co-payments, and financial responsibilities with families.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service or related experience.
• 1-2 years of computer software experience.
• Exceptional communication, phone etiquette, and problem-solving skills.
