Customer Service Representative – Intake

Responsibilities include:

• Providing outstanding customer service to families over the phone on our Intake queue.
• Accurately entering patient registration information and initial appointment scheduling.
• Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies, and treatment clinics.

Requirements:

• 1 – 2 years’ customer service or related experience.
• Exceptional communication including phone etiquette and human relations skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize daily tasks.
