Regional Director

The Role:

• We are hiring a Regional Director to grow the 3i community in Greenwich, CT.
• This role is about driving new member growth and engaging members to keep retention high.
• You will source introductions, run membership conversations, and take prospects through references.

• 3i has grown entirely through member referrals since 2021.
• Your pipeline comes from inside the community, not from a cold list.
• Every conversation starts warm with people who have already been successful.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• New member growth in Greenwich and getting new members active quickly.
• Prepared quarterly conversations with every member you bring in.
• Partnering with the investment team and hosting events in your market.

You're The Right Fit If:

• You have 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally carrying a quota.
• You are comfortable asking for the business and want to be coached.
• You are internally motivated, curious, and credible with accomplished people.
