Responsibilities:
- Own a portfolio of high-ARR enterprise accounts and become a platform expert.
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal teams.
- Develop success plans, generate excitement for new products, and optimize processes.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5-10 years work experience with 3-5 years in Customer Success or related roles.
- Experience servicing large enterprise clients and influencing VP-level decision makers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in high-growth startups and supporting employee benefits like student debt.
- Experience with CRMs like ChurnZero and management experience a plus.
