About the Role:
- You'll be the direct connection between customers and the teams building AllTrails.
- Report to the Head of Customer Support and help every user get the most out of the app.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across iOS, Android, and web.
- Work with a close-knit team to identify trends, bugs, and escalate priority issues.
- Champion feature requests and document bugs for Engineering.
Qualifications:
- Experience in technical or software support.
- Ability to manage high volume with empathy and excellent time management.
- Strong written and verbal skills to explain complex concepts simply.
