Solution Engineer, EMEA London Sales

Role Overview:

• The Sr Solution Engineer is the primary technical and product expert for Revinate’s salesforce.
• You will support the sales team by understanding complex customer business problems and articulating them into solutions.
• Leverage deep technical expertise and hospitality domain knowledge to architect and present complex platform solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct sophisticated discovery sessions to uncover critical business and technical requirements.
• Deliver high quality demos with clear objectives and success criteria to position Revinate solutions.
• Independently present and defend complex technical architectures and value propositions to C-level executives.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in a Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture role, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
• Expert-level knowledge of the hospitality industry ecosystem, including PMS, CRS, CRM, and API standards.
• Demonstrated mastery in discussing RESTful APIs, webhooks, SSO, data security, and cloud infrastructure.
