Job Description:

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone/email/chat (tracing, tracking, etc.).
• Schedule and confirm pickups, follow up on interline requests.
• Coordinate with other departments and terminals to meet customer requirements; assist sales.

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual (fluent in English and French).
• Professional writing and phone skills.
• Ability to problem solve, work as a team and individually, with excellent communication and reliability.
