Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of top-tier assigned customers within Southwest markets.
  • Develop new business from existing clients and seek expansion opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Own both growth and retention metrics for a portfolio of customer accounts.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industry expertise in software, human capital management, staffing, or recruiting sales.
  • Consistent achievement of sales goals and proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
