About the Role:
- Guide beauty and wellness business owners through their software transition as their accountability partner.
- Own a pipeline of 25-30 new accounts monthly, directly impacting profitability.
- Manage onboarding journeys, document goals, and provide product training via virtual meetings.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management.
- Prior experience in beauty/wellness or service-based small businesses strongly preferred.
- Comfortable in a metrics-driven environment, managing multiple projects, and confident communication skills.
