- Lead Joko's hiring efforts with a focus on Spain.
- Build high-performing teams.
- Improve recruitment practices.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Optimize the full recruitment process using Ashby (ATS).
- Strengthen employer branding in Spain.
- Train and support Hiring Managers on best interview and hiring practices.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experience in Talent Acquisition in start-up/scale-up environments.
- Experience recruiting for the Spanish market.
- Hands-on experience building/improving recruitment processes and tools.
