Program Administration:

  • Coordinate and develop processes for managing compensation arrangements in accordance with established compensation principles.
  • Develop and implement a system for tracking compensation plans, benchmarks, targets, and salary/pay tables.
  • Translate written documentation into discrete data points for tracking and reporting.

Change Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to create organization in support of OHSU’s commitment to clinical operations, compensation principles, and financial sustainability.
  • Participate in group discussions and present tactical information as needed to leadership and user groups for program success.

Program Advocacy:

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in School of Medicine, OPP, Central Financial Services, Human Resources, and IT.
  • Stay informed on changes across the organization that could impact the success of this program.
