Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all mailouts within MRO Clinics CarePortal for efficient release of information.
- Ensure recipient information is accurate and complete on each mailout.
- Release records in appropriate medium per policies and requester preference.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service with empathy and promptness.
- High School Diploma and experience in customer service required.
Compensation:
- Base pay is part of total compensation, with annual cash bonus potential.
