Role:
- Trusted advisor for industrial clients in MEA, driving adoption and satisfaction.
- Align solutions with customer operational and security goals.
Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, and business reviews.
- Collaborate with internal teams; travel up to 30%.
- Monitor health metrics and manage at-risk accounts.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Customer Success/Account Management in cybersecurity/SaaS.
- ICS/OT security knowledge and MEA experience preferred.
- Excellent communication; Arabic, English, and French preferred.
