About the Role:
- Serve as the executive owner of the growth, health, and strategic direction of Stacker’s publisher ecosystem.
- Lead a comprehensive review of the function, defining the future of distribution into emerging channels.
- Source, qualify, and close new publisher partnerships from prospecting through negotiation and onboarding.
Partner Success:
- Lead a team to help publishing partners achieve their content and business goals.
- Set strategy and operating cadence for partner success, including onboarding and CMS enablement.
- Define and track ecosystem health metrics, creating scalable playbooks for partner success.
About You:
- You’re a creative dealmaker optimizing for durable impact.
- You have high emotional intelligence and a bias for action, testing and adapting quickly.
- You bring 10+ years in partnerships or publisher strategy with skills in negotiation and team management.
