Clinical Cloud Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve moderately challenging clinical application and imaging workflow issues.
• Review application logs, system data, and interface messages to identify causes.
• Gather and document customer-reported workflow needs using established templates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of clinical imaging workflows, PACS, DICOM, HL7, and customer support.
• Good critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
