Talent Acquisition Specialist II

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, coordination of interviews, and offer processing.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights into market trends and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with EEO and hiring regulations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of Talent Acquisition experience with full cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
