About the Role:

• Your goal is to partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches.
• Core focus on driving business, G&A, and go-to-market roles across middle management, specialists, and associates.
• You are an air-tight operator with an "all-hands-on-deck" attitude, handling sensitive information with total confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert-level capability with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent CRMs like Gem or SourceWhale.
• Data-driven mindset, managing by funnel metrics and translating data into pipeline action.
