What You Will Do:

  • Manage relationships with current Civitech customers, leading regular strategic conversations to identify additional opportunity and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a new business/prospecting plan for your territory, conducting industry research and identifying market trends.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across the territory and accurately forecast deal values and timelines.

About You:

  • You have 2+ years of consultative sales experience and success as an individual sales contributor, meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • You demonstrate success prospecting, finding, and closing opportunities through your own outreach efforts via Sales Navigator, email, in-person, and virtual networking.
  • You can manage 45 or more active opportunities at one time and execute a sales process in a solution sales methodology.
